NSDAR chapter celebrates anniversary

Rebecca Cravat Chapter, NSDAR, is celebrating 60 years of DAR Service to God, Home, and Country.
The Chapter was organized on September 3, 1963 with Mrs. Marian Carraway as Chapter Regent.
Twenty-eight charter members were enrolled. Today, many chapter members live in Ridgeland and Madison and continue to pursue the organizing goals to inform, educate, and promote patriotism and love of country.
Chapter officers and past regents recently met with Mrs. Carraway's granddaughters to kick off a year of recognition and celebration.
