Johnny Davidson recently joined Citizens National Bank’s Madison Banking Centre as a Senior Vice President and Relationship Banker.

Davidson is a 1997 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in banking and finance. While he began his banking career as a commercial lender with Compass Bank in Alabama in 1997, he has over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur who started and managed his own company. These businesses included Central Mississippi Monument Company (located in Carthage and Louisville), Davidson Monument Company (located in Forest, Kosciusko, and Dekalb), Kosciusko Monument Company, and J.H. O’Neil Monument Company (located in Meridian).

After selling the company in 2022, Davidson joined Priority One Bank in Ridgeland as a Commercial Lender and Business Development Officer and continued to serve in that position until joining Citizens National Bank in July of this year.

David Jackson, Regional President for Citizens National Bank’s West Region, recently commented: “We are extremely excited to have Johnny join the West Region Team. His deep connections in Madison County, along with his many years of leadership in small business, will be instrumental in our continued growth in this market.”

Davidson and his wife Doné have three children:  Delta is 18, Knox is 16, and IV is 14, and the family attends Pinelake Church in Madison. Actively involved in the community, Davidson serves on the Board of Directors for the Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance, is a current member of the 2024 Madison County Executive Leadership Class, serves as a diplomat for the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce and as a liaison for the Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
