Medical cannabis facility celebrates Canton opening
CANTON — Southern Sky Brands held a ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration Tuesday at the company’s state-of-the-art cultivation and processing facility located here.
Southern Sky Brands’ founder Justin Mahfouz said, “We are excited to open our farm to patient focused medical cannabis facility in Canton. It’s our mission to provide high-quality treatment options to people with debilitating conditions.” Mahfouz was joined by company co-founders RichardPartridge and Stan Martin.
“Our facility utilizes the latest technology, allowing Southern Sky Brands to consistently produce medicinal products that unlock the healing potential found in cannabis,” said Mahfouz.
“Southern Sky Brands is operated by Mississippi natives who are committed to ensuring the safest and most effective products for the people of our state,” said Canton Mayor William Truly.
Truly and Canton Chamber of Commerce President Chris Jackson shared, “We’re blessed that Southern Sky Brands chose the City of Canton for their operation.”
