Madison Central High School broadcast students of the Jaguar News Network (JNN) won multiple awards at the Mississippi Scholastic Press Association’s spring conference.

The awards are as follows: Best News Story finalist; Best Feature Story finalist; Best Sports Story finalist; Best In-Studio Anchor - Wes Fowler winner; Best In-Studio Anchor - Camille Coleman finalist; Best News Reporter - Adam Maatallah finalist; Best News Reporter - Isabella Ragazzi finalist; Best Weather Reporter - Lily Ross finalist; Best Hype Video - Jackson Lawrence winner; Best Hype Video - Jackson Lawrence finalist; Best Long-Form Story - David Ramsey & Zoe Keyes winner; Newscast of the Year - JNN winner; Best Opening Sequence - JNN finalist; Best News Coverage - JNN winner; Best Feature Coverage - JNN finalist; Best Sports Coverage - JNN finalist; Best Creativity – JNN finalist; Culture/Entertainment Podcast Episode - David Ramsey, Jackson Lawrence, Jacob Grimsley finalist; Culture/Entertainment Podcast Episode - David Ramsey, Jackson Lawrence, Jacob Grimsley finalist; Podcast On-Air Talent - David Ramsey finalist; Podcast of the Year - The Ramsey Report finalist; News Podcast - The Ramsey Report winner; All-Mississippi & All-Publication Awards: At-Large Honorees Zoe Keyes, Jackson Lawrence and David Ramsey.
