Homeless man reported missing
RIDGELAND — Authorities here are asking the public for assistance in locating a man missing since November.
The man, Stephen Jason Rosa, was reported missing by a family member on Nov. 23, according to Lt. Brett Bertucci, Ridgeland Police Criminal Investigations Division commander.
His last known address is in Ridgeland, Bertucci said. He described Rosa as a white male, 53, about 5’7” tall, weighing about 145 pounds.
Rosa is homeless and may frequent homeless shelters in the Jackson area, he said. Bertucci noted that family members say Rosa suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
