Week 5 High School Pick’em

One of the season’s biggest matchups will take place on Friday night between two unbeaten rivals, as Jackson Academy will travel to take on Jackson Prep.

This week’s guest picker is former Jackson Prep football and baseball player, Jeffrey Ince. Ince, who is now playing baseball at Samford, was an impact player in both sports for the Patriots, being named an MAIS All-Star in 2020 in football, along with being a key part of four MAIS state titles in his time with the Jackson Prep baseball program. Ince started his college baseball career at Louisiana Tech, before transferring to Pearl River Community College, and will play this upcoming season at Samford.
