Week 15 High School Pick’em

It’s a huge week for Madison County football, as six area teams remain on their run through the playoffs. Both Jackson Prep and Tri-County will play for championships this weekend and Madison Central and Germantown will face-off in a battle of Madison County 7A rivals. Canton is already on one of their deepest playoff runs in school history and will look to continue that against undefeated Cleveland Central, while Velma Jackson is looking to get back to the state title game and redeem themselves after last year’s title game loss.

This week’s guest picker is former Jackson Prep and current Ole Miss defensive back, Micah Stallworth. Stallworth was a part of multiple great defensive units for the Patriots during his time with the program, totalling 70 tackles, five interceptions, and five fumble recoveries in his career, while also winning a state title in 2022.
