Tyner qualifies for justice court judge special election

Mitch Tyner of Madison County has filed to run for the unexpired term of Lloyd Spivey for Justice Court Judge. 

Tyner, a native of Madison County, grew up in Canton. He moved his business operations to Canton years ago and has invested heavily in the Canton Square and Madison County. 

Tyner is an attorney, businessman, real estate broker and business consultant. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Washington D.C. 

Mitch Tyner is the only attorney that has qualified to run for the Judicial position.
