Steve O’Neal named new Director of Information Technology at Neel-Schaffer
Steve O’Neal has joined Neel-Schaffer in the newly created position of Director of Information Technology, bringing 27 years of experience working with complex technology in large-scale organizations.
“Given the pace at which our firm is growing, the need for innovative IT strategies has become more crucial than ever,” said Ed Everitt, JD, PE, a Vice President with the firm who serves as Neel-Schaffer’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. “In this new role, Steve will ensure we are at the forefront of technology and innovation. From introducing new operational processes to evaluating our current system for enhancements, Steve is primed to help us continue on a path of continuous IT advancement.”
O’Neal most recently served as IT Manager for Infrastructure Technology for a Dallas-based specialty construction and infrastructure firm and has held IT management positions at multiple companies.
“Working alongside our outstanding IT team, Steve will lead the implementation of new processes to better serve the organization’s overall needs,” said Everitt. “This will allow us to focus on providing excellent service to our clients.”

O’Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University.
