A Realtor accused of grabbing a client and pulling her in for a kiss is out on bond after he was arrested and charged with simple assault on Tuesday.

Casey Jonathon Bridges, 38, was arrested and charged with simple assault. Bridges posted a $1,000.00 bond and was released with a court date of December 17, 2020, in City of Madison Municipal Court.

Major Robert Sanders with the Madison Police Department said that on Tuesday, November 24 at 3:58 p.m., officers of the Madison Police Department received a call from a female regarding unwanted sexual advances made by a Realtor showing a house at 250 Ina Drive in the City of Madison.

Responding officers located the female standing outside of the residence and she stated that she had scheduled an appointment to view the house. She was met at the residence by Bridges who is a Realtor for Hopper Properties.

The victim stated that while Bridges was showing the house, he began making inappropriate statements and at one point, attempted to pull the victim towards him and kiss her.

The victim was able to leave the residence and notify law enforcement who responded to the residence.

Upon arrival, officers took Bridges into custody without incident and he was booked on a charge of simple assault.
