Ramp to I-55 from County Line to close this weekend
Travelers looking to go north on I-55 from County Line Road will have to find a new route this weekend.
The Mississippi Department of Transportation plans to close the ramp leading from County Line Road to I-55 from 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 to 6 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.
MDOT made the decision to close the ramp because of the I-20 westbound closure over Lynch Creek in Jackson, which will funnel west-bound I-20 traffic towards I-220, which converges with I-55 just past County Line Road.
