Chef David Raines won Madison Countians Allied Against Poverty Food For Thought award for Best Entree with his Wagyu Beef Tamales With Cilantro Cream and Corn Relish.
The tamales are a customer favorite available at the chef’s famous Flora Butcher Shop.
Some 30 Madison area restaurants competed.
