Parts of the Highland Colony to be closed Monday

Parts of the Highland Colony Parkway near the Renaissance will be closed Monday morning for repaving.

Certain northbound lanes between the Roundabout and Steed Road will be closed beginning at 8:30 a.m., the city of Ridgeland announced Friday afternoon..

At least one northbound lane will remain open for traffic at all times.

Northbound traffic will encounter lane closures on all approaches to the roundabout and certain Renaissance access streets will be temporarily closed.

"Motorists should slow down and drive with caution in the work zone, and be alert to traffic signs when approaching Highland Colony Parkway," officialls said.
