Only 56 new COVID cases reported in the last week

Madison County recorded 56 new COVID-19 cases and one new death in the past week, according to the Mississippi State Department of Health’s Wednesday, Nov. 10, COVID-19 report.
Madison County has now recorded a total of 14,781 COVID-19 cases and 282 deaths since the pandemic began in March 2020, according to MSDH.
As of Nov. 10, Madison County continues to have one of the state’s highest vaccination rates with 66,368 or 62% of people having received one dose of a vaccine and 61,479 or 58% of people having received two doses.
