Northpark announces new dining option

RIDGELAND?— Northpark officials announced last week The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory will be the latest addition to the region's popular, newly remodeled shopping center.

The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory was voted community favorite during the Taste for the Space culinary event, winning an opportunity to open its dream restaurant inside the Eatery. The Northpark location will be The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory's first in Mississippi.

"We are absolutely thrilled to bring The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory to Ridgeland," said Northpark General Manager, Kasey Dickson. "Taste for the Space™ was key in helping The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory become a reality, and we are extremely proud of Northpark's role in their journey."

"Having the opportunity to bring The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory to Mississippi gives me the chance to take my company to the next level while continuing to create and share my stuffed baked potato creations," said owner, Michael Joyner. With my new establishment, I plan to put a smile on my customers' faces and create an experience that will keep people coming back for more and plan to do what I do best - provide a variety of quality stuffed baked potatoes with unparalleled service."

The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory first debuted in Mississippi during Taste for the Space™, a community-focused culinary event that took place at Northpark. This food festival and cooking competition brought together food trucks, local restaurateurs and chefs to showcase signature dishes to the local community, and share why their taste should win the space. Taste for the Space™ was sponsored by Sysco Nourishing Neighbors, who generously provided all the food and paper products for the competing chefs on the day of the event. Additional sponsors included WLBT On Your Side, Super Talk Mississippi, and Cathead Distillery contributed to the day's festivities. Proceeds from the event benefitted the MS Food Network, with the donation providing 35,000 meals to families throughout Mississippi.

The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory plans to announce the date for the Grand Opening celebration in the coming weeks.

Northpark, managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners, recently completed a multi-million dollar redevelopment, further investing in the city of Ridgeland. Poised for ongoing growth, Northpark will continue to expand its tenant mix and offerings in the coming months.
