Mulch truck cleared from roadway
Police asses an overturned mulch truck that impeded traffic for some time Tuesday morning at the intersection of the highland Colony Parkway and 463.

An overturned truck hauling mulch impeded traffic for about an hour and a half at the intersection of Highway 463 south and Highland Colony Parkway, Tuesday morning.
Madison Police Captain Kevin Newman said that on March 30, at approximately 7:44 a.m., a 2016 Isuzu truck hauling landscaping mulch was turning off of Highway 463 south onto the Highland Colony Parkway when the truck overturned, spilling mulch onto the roadway.
MPD and fire department personnel responded to the accident. There were no injuries reported.
There was a partial lane closure on Highland Colony Parkway while the vehicle and mulch were removed.
Newman said that by 9:17 a.m. that same morning, the accident was cleared and all traffic returned to normal.
