MADISON, Mississippi—Mississippi State University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences honored Brenton G. Bailey as the 2024 distinguished alumni fellow representing the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
A 1994 graduate in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business,
Bailey has dedicated his career to advancing energy policy, sustainability and infrastructure development.
As vice president of Efficient Power & Light Advisors, he supports clean energy initiatives and high-voltage transmission expansion in Mississippi.
A former Public Service Commissioner for Mississippi’s Central District, Bailey has been a leader in promoting regulatory reforms, conservation programs and consumer-focused energy policies.
