Madison Station Elementary welcomed the holiday season

Madison Station Elementary welcomed the holiday season with intentional conversation and lessons on how to “Be the Gift,” the theme of the 2022 holiday whole school art installation. 

Students and teachers, under the vision of principal Kara Davis and a creative team of teachers Elizabeth Gober, D'Ann Adams, and Lori Ragab, created a life size toystore as the backdrop to these meaningful conversations. 

“Families send their greatest gift to us each day,” noted principal Kara Davis. “And we appreciate the opportunity to share in these foundational years. When kindness and respect are engrained in our daily interactions and our perspective remains true to those two tenents, our world is a better place. We can be a gift to others.” 

Each student worked on the installation. There was no job too large or too small, and it all came together beautifully to celebrate the gifts that we all bring to our world.
