Madison County Sheriff's deputies search for suspect in stabbing at Nissan plant

Madison County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a stabbing reported last week at the Nissan Canton plant that left one injured.
“The incident is currently under investigation,” said Heath Hall, Madison County spokesman.
Hall said the MCSO received a call from Nissan Security at 9:49 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, regarding a fight between two employees and that one person was either cut or stabbed.
Deputies responded and located the victim, who was treated by ambulance staff and transported to a local hospital. Investigators determined the suspect had already left the scene, Hall said.
Hall said that no further information is available at this time.
