It is with great sadness that the family of Lester Ivory Arender announces his passing on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the age of 66 years.  Lester will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 17 years, Amanda and their children, Traci (Stephen), Travis (Alex), and Emily.  Lester will also be fondly remembered as Pawpaw by his 6 grandsons, Lio, Leland, Kipp, Joey, Jon Price, and Sammy.  He will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.

He was born in Forest, MS, raised in Morton and lived within the Jackson metro area. He and his wife recently relocated to Brandon, MS where they have resided in the last year.  Lester attended First Baptist Church of Brandon and was active in the Senior Adult Sunday School class.

Lester worked for Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Old River Volvo where he met some of his lifelong friends. Lester was known for being a jack-of-all-trades. He loved fishing, the outdoors, being handy, and "tinkering". He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast who rode for the majority of his life.  

The family will host a come-and-go visitation at (413 Belle Oak Crossing, Brandon, MS 39042) on Friday, September 25, 2020 from 2:00-5:00pm. The family requests that attendees follow the CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 by practicing social distancing and wearing masks.
