Trudy Higginbotham-Moody has been elected to serve as Secretary-Treasurer of the Mississippi Automobile Dealers Association (MADA). Higginbotham Moody is President of Mercedes-Benz of Jackson. 

MADA represents 207 franchise new-car and truck dealers, employing more than 17,745 Mississippians, and providing $6.9 billion in sales, and $448 million in payroll, as well as supporting other local businesses having a significant impact on Mississippi’s economy.  

Higginbotham-Moody is the first female elected officer of the statewide trade organization and regularly gives back to her community and the automotive industry. A second-generation car dealer, Higginbotham-Moody has served on the Dealer Board for Mercedes-Benz representing 30 dealers from Texas to Georgia. She serves on the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Board of Trustees. Higginbotham-Moody and her husband were awarded Conservationist of the Year in 2015 by the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
