La Brioche, the French pastry and cake shop at The District at Eastover, is launching nationwide brand and will add another pop-up store at the Renaissance this month.

La Brioche is expanding nationwide with the launch of Spark Confectionary.

In addition to their location at The District, the patisserie supplies local retail and wholesale customers with a large variety of authentic, made-from-scratch sweets with recipes from around the world.

Patrick Lazzari, president and owner of La Brioche, said that times have changed and business must adapt to remain viable.

“Our redirection has come in the form of a fresh brand with exciting new packaging, which allows us to position ourselves for competition on a national level through online sales,” Lazzari said.

“We’re proud to be able to reinvest in our business in a way that we think will bring out-of-state retail dollars into the Mississippi economy.”

Managing Partner at La Brioche, Cristina Lazzari, is thrilled to expand the brand to places outside the Jackson area.

“We’ve put love into every batch of sweets that have come out of our Fondren-based kitchen for the past six years,” Lazzari said.

“We’re so excited that we’ll be able to share the products, which have brought so much joy to people in the Jackson area, with everyone in the United States.”

The original brand will maintain its current permanent retail location. Their first pop-up was at Highland Village.
