Frankie Hays Warren

Frankie Hays Warren of Madison passed away July 24, 2021. A Celebration of Life was held July 28, 2021 at Sebrell Funeral Home. Frankie was born in D'Lo, Mississippi, April 14, 1932, the child of Katie Meadows Hays and William Ellis Hays. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Mississippi College and her Masters at UCLA. Frankie was married to the love of her life, C.W. (Bill) Warren in 1952 for over 62 years when Bill died in 2014. Frankie had a long, respected, and distinguished career doing what she loved most: helping troubled children in her position at the Hinds County Youth Court. She lived a life of service, and was a true advocate for the children, serving in her career for 30 years. Frankie and Bill were very involved in First Baptist Church, Jackson, where every Sunday, you would find them faithfully on the 2nd row. Frankie was very active in working with Missions. 

Frankie is survived by her extended family with whom she loved keeping in touch and her chosen daughter, Debbie Broadway.
