Crime Stoppers offers reward for man with Tasmanian devil tattoo on his arm
Madison County law enforcement officers said they are searching for a man who has a Tasmanian devil tattoo on his arm and that he is wanted on drug possession charges.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating 44-year-old Robert Earl Horn, who is wanted for felony possession of meth and fentanyl as a “subsequent offender,” authorities said.
Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers has released a description and picture of Horn. They are also offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest.
They describe Horn as a white male 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has a birthmark on the right side of his neck and a Tasmanian devil tattoo on his left arm, according to Crime Stoppers.
