Chisholm joins Michael Baker International

Richard Chisolm, P.E., has joined Michael Baker's Ridgeland team as Construction Services Manager. Richard recently retired from the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), where he served in a variety of roles including, Assistant Chief Engineer – Field Operations and State Construction Engineer.
He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in construction engineering to his new role at Michael Baker International, where he will lead the field services, including construction management and oversight and related services.
Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
