Celebrating 101 years

Mayor Walter Morrison recently helped celebrate the 101st Birthday of Evelyn Surratt at Heart to Heart Senior Care Center in Gluckstadt.
He presented her with flowers and a proclamation. Evelyn was born on November 18, 2022, and resides in Madison County.
