Alliance launches Five Star Service Award


The Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance announces the establishment of the "Five Star Service" award. 

"The goal of this award is to recognize those who are providing excellent customer service across all businesses and industries in our area," said Elizabeth Tyler, director of the Business Alliance. 

"We know that in these times in particular, it is imperative for businesses to provide exceptional customer service and want to encourage this by recognizing those who are going above and beyond their duties." 

The first awardees were recognized at the July Business Builders' meeting where the topic of the day was Customer Service. 

The winners are Carolyn Monfils, The Hilton Garden Inn Madison, Teresa Fortney, EXP Realty the Pinnacle Group, and Robin Covington, State Farm. 

"Our members are going to be on the look-out and will nominate those around town who are providing great Customer Service," said Tyler. "They cannot nominate people from their own business and have to work in our area. We are so excited about this and can't wait to present the next awardee."
