MADISON - Tennessee Titan defensive back Micah Pellerin is set to host a football skills camp for area 2nd through 8th graders from June 30 to July 2. The camp will be held at Pellerin's alma mater, St. Joseph Catholic School in Madison.

Pellerin's former St. Joe teammate Joseph Marquez is serving as the camp coordinator. Marquez will be playing his third season with the Millsaps Majors this fall.

"I'm excited about this football camp," said Marquez. "This is such a great opportunity for young players to learn more about the game while learning skills one-on-one with a player from the NFL. Micah is a great teacher and just a fun guy to be around. This camp is one the participants will never forget."
Marquez said the camp will feature skills training, rules of the game, drills and special guests to speak to the participants daily.

A 2007 St. Joe graduate, Pellerin went on to play one season for the University of Southern Mississippi before transferring to Hampton University in Virginia, where he played for three seasons. While in college at Hampton University, Micah Pellerin was selected to play in the East vs. West game, which features the nation's top Division 1 athletes.

The cost for the camp is $135, and includes a t-shirt and snacks. To get a registration form or for more information, contact Joseph Marquez at
