John Hawkins Clements, 74, of Madison, died of diabetes and congestive heart failure August 20th 2018. He graduated from Murrah in 1962 and MSU in 1967, earning a degree in Business Administration.

 He was born July 19, 1944, to Walter "Bill" Ashley and Sarah McCallip Clements. According to Johnny, he was born prior to his fraternal twin brother, Jimmy, which is still up for debate.  He began his career at State Pride Poultry Processors founded by his father, which became McCarty State Pride. He later became President of McCarty Foods that was eventually acquired by Tyson. He then became President of Green Acre Farms followed by CEO of M&H Manufacturing.

Predeceased by his parents, his youngest brother Bobby (7/18/18), and His beloved, late wife of 15 years, Beth Bell Clements (8/30/10).  

Survivors are: 1st wife and their two children John "Jay" H. Clements Jr.(Shellie) and Mack Benson Clements; Grandchildren: Victoria and step grandson David; Brothers: Billy (Anne), Gene (Vera), and Jimmy; Step Children: A.J. Loiselle (Maryann), Amanda Loiselle Causseaux (Alec), Jamie Jones Stevens (Kendall) and their children Emberly, Cody, Knox, Wilder, Lili James, Sage, and Jacob; Nieces and Nephews: "Little" Bill Clements, Chris Clements (Cynthia), Christi Clements, Sarah Cook (Ross), Jeremy Clements (Sharon), Dave Clements(Dawn), Susan Clements, and Robin Guy (Christian); and step nieces Darra and C.J. Woolman.  

Funeral services were held at Parkway Funeral Home in Ridgeland, MS on Friday, August 24th.
