RIDGELAND – Seafood R’evolution will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a prix fixe menu on Sunday, December 31st beginning at 5:30 p.m. The four-course menu allows guests to choose from optional appetizers, salads, entrées and desserts for only $85 per person. Exceptional wine pairings with each course are offered for $145 per person.

“There is something exhilarating about the fresh start of a new year,” said Chef John Folse. “What better way to commemorate 2017 and toast 2018 than celebrating with an outstanding meal.”

To start, guests have the option of Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque or Oysters Bienville paired with Roederer Estate NV Sparkling. The second course is a choice of R’evolution House Salad or Two Dog Farms Beet Salad, which is paired with Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc + Viognier Blend 2015. The prix fix entrée selections include Herb-encrusted Redfish, 6-oz. Petite Filet Mignon, or Wood Oven-roasted 1/2 Lobster (paired with Lyric by Etude Pinot Noir 2015). Finally, guests have the difficult task of choosing between Butter Pecan Dream Bar or Bread Pudding Crème Brûlée for dessert that will pair with Warre's Otima 10-Year Tawny Port NV.
