SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, effective as of October 4, 2011, Cypress Meadow Apartments LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company (the "Borrower") executed that certain Multifamily Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (the "Deed of Trust") to R.
