NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to those parties in interest and citizens that there will be a hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 6:00 o’clock P.M. before the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the City Hall, 304 Highway 51, Ridgeland, Mississippi, for the purpose of determining whether or not a Petition to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ridgeland, Mississippi, To Establish Renaissance at Colony Park Overlay District shall be granted to the owners of the described property in the City of Ridgeland, Madison County, Mississippi: Being situated in the E ½ and the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 24, T7N-R1E, and being part of Lots 5 and 6, Block 10 and Lot 3, Block 16, all in Highland Colony Subdivision and part of Acres 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Lot 3, Block 13, Acres 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Lot 6, Block 13 of the Subdivision of Highland Colony Lots, Ridgeland, Madison County, Mississippi all being more particularly described as follows: Commence at a 1” iron bar marking the Northwest corner of aforesaid Section 24 and run thence South, 2501.12’;
