Home security footage shows suspects breaking into a car parked outside of a home in Harvey Crossing Subdivision.
The search for three suspects wanted in connection with a string of auto burglaries in the county is continuing.

Madison County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Jeremy Williams said on Wednesday they have not made any arrests at this point and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects. In addition, a reward of up to $2,500 is being offered by Central MS Crime Stoppers regarding the crime.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, on Dec. 19 a home security camera captured three suspects entering an unlocked vehicle in the Harvey Crossing subdivision near Harvey Circle.

The three suspects are seen wearing hoods and shining flashlights in the vehicle. The incident occurred at approximately 3:15 a.m.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, multiple vehicles were targeted that night.

“Multiple items were taken from vehicles in the neighborhood,” a release stated.

Law enforcement officials have no identifying information other than the home security tape.

“The age and race of these subjects are not known and law enforcement needs help identifying them,” the release stated.
