MADISON — Two women suspected of multiple auto burglaries at The Club Fitness Center here last Friday were arrested over the weekend in Louisiana and currently awaiting extradition.

Skylyne Vincetta Morales and Whitney Nalls are currently awaiting extradition to Mississippi in Shreveport where they face multiple charges including accessory to auto burglary.

Police initially responded to a call at the fitness center located off Highway 51 at 6:12 a.m. in reference to three auto burglaries, a release from MPD stated.

Investigators were able to track a stolen credit card to the Kroger on Spillway Road and Kroger at Colony Crossing in Madison where a white female and black female used the cards to purchase gift cards.

“With the assistance of several law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Mississippi and the State of Louisiana, the suspect vehicle was located in Shreveport,” according to the MPD release. “The Louisiana State Police took the two females into custody and several items of interest were located inside the vehicle to include a stolen license plate from Southaven.”

On Monday, MPD announced it has arrest warrants for two out-of-state individuals wanted in connection with the auto burglaries.

Keith Bernard Williams, 26, of Orangeburg, S.C., and Kenneth Leon Jackson, 37, of Jonesboro, Ga., are both wanted on three counts of auto burglary.

The two were last seen in the Louisiana/Mississippi area, according to police, and may be traveling somewhere in the southeast in an unknown vehicle.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the two suspects is encouraged to contact MPD at (601) 856-6111.
